I received an IM from a west coast university researcher.
Since he calls himself an “expert” I am not correcting his spelling. Only his name has been changed to avoid violating AOL terms of service.
A Researcher [4:58 P.M.]: unfortunately, AIDS is NOT over, or even close to being over. simply because the infection rate has remained unchanged, there arre still 40,000 new infection occuring each and every year. if you were one of the 40,000, your perspective would most likely and immediately change.
Auto response from AIDSisOver [4:58 P.M.]: I am away from my computer right now. Send me an e-mail and we'll talk later. If you haven't already done so, read my blog. Diary of an AIDS Dissident AIDS is 100% curable. If you don't believe it, would you like to make a bet? NEXT HEAL MEETING: Sept. 27th. 7:45, 18 e. 23rd. Meet author Celia Farber!
A Researcher [5:00 P.M.]: and, AIDS is in no way curable, especially for those who continue to die each year in th <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />US.
AIDSisOver [5:07 P.M.]: I'm back. 40,000 (mostly victims of invalid testing) is hardly an epidemic. This number has been more or less constant for well over a decade, yet new AIDS cases continue to decline. 13,000 last year for the US. 275 for Canada. You might want to do a little research: AIDS Wiki - AIDS Wiki
A Researcher [5:11 P.M.]: Unfortunately, this is an old agruement that holds no water. We arre all free to believe whatever we wish to, but your perception is simply misinformed and it could be considered dangerous to uninformed individuals who might like what you are promoting, but it is simply untrue and incorrect. 40,000 new infections each years have passed the 1 million mark of US infections. While some are living longer, it is not true that there is a cure to HIV. Sorry, but your perception is entirely with out merit.
AIDSisOver [5:12 P.M.]: I'm heading out for the evening right now, but would like to hear back from you after you'd had a chance to examine outside your comfort zone -- if you have the balls.
A Researcher [5:16 P.M.]: This issue is in no way a portion of my comfort zone. I am using scientifically adopted facts. I also am an expert in the field, and I do speak out when I see individuals like yourself distributing information which is counter to accepted knowledge. Your arguement is nearly 20 years old, and simply NOT true. Peace

Hello? What argument do you speak of? The argument that "AIDS" is dying out, is only 12 years old, and can be verified by looking at the annual numbers. The argument that there were only 13,000 new diagnosed people last year is only one year old. So what are you talking about, Mr. Expert? And since when are facts scientifically adopted? When I went to school facts were scientifically proven. That's why I loved science and math. You could prove your work and walk out knowing you maxed an exam.
It was accepted knowledge that the Earth was flat and the sun went around it, too. And the true argument, that the Earth was round and went around the sun, was hundreds of years old before it was accepted by everyone. There were many generations of flat earthers.
The 40,000 Americans labeled with HIV each year are not new infections. They are the victims of an invalid test. Most are not sick. Since 1993 most new US AIDS victims aren't ill either. They are being misdiagnosed based on having an antibody, which is a healthy thing to have, and having “low” t-cells, which can also be found in healthy people.
And why has it taken over a quarter century to reach the million cumulative total? We were told there were over 1 million "infected" Americans when they first started testing the blood supply in the mid-80's and the predictions were for millions of dead bodies on the streets of America by 1995! A total of a million victims over a period of almost 30 years is hardly an epidemic. In the same timeframe over 30 million have died of cardiovascular disease and 15 million from cancer. But unlike heart disease and cancer, which are holding strong, AIDS, in the US is dying out. Look at the numbers: (You might have to click on the graph above to enlarge it to read it clearly.)
These were the figures reported in 2000 CDC AIDS Surveillance Report. They end in 1999. By my calculations, the epidemic should already be over. New cases down to zero. No one at the CDC seems to want to release actual figures anymore. Maybe, as an expert, you can help me find the missing numbers for 2000 to the present. I'd like to update my chart.

I pity your ignorance and pray that you rid yourself of the denial you hold and get some medical as well as psychological help. You certainly need it. I'll pray for the victims of your misinformation.
You're a fucking idiot. Aids is by no means over, it may have slowed but is still very out there. Why spread that around? Trying to make everyone as sick as you are? Aids is over?, yeah, tell that to my friend that died last year and my other friend who was recently diagnosed. Aids is over? If Aids is over why are hundreds being diagnosed everyday? AIDS IN NOT OVER you worthless piece of shit!! Here's hoping the bottom falls out of your Tcell count asshole!
People are terrified of aids. The reality that they are terrified of a lie is hard to accept. And people have died from this lie and the bad medical treatments and poisonous drugs. Its sad whenever people die, but it is really a shame that people died because of this lie.
The commenters here want to believe that people are dying of aids. That is the easiest thing to believe. That is what they are told to believe. That is acceptable. But that does make it true.
But people who say, my friend, my son, or someone I know died of aids or something like that, needs to realize there are many healthy, active, happy gay and straight sexually free people living well without testing or without aids drugs. People do not need to live in fear of aids. In fact, life is much better without that fear.
I pray that those who are deluded by the hiv/aids lie someday will wake up and look at the world as it is. It's pretty great!
It is simply inconceiveable that what they believe about HIV/"AIDS" could be wrong.
You just can't reason with people who have so much vested in the professional victimhood of HIV/"AIDS". They're like Stephen Colbert when he plugs his ears with his fingers and yoeldels: "I can't HEAR you!"
